PACCAR Financial (PFC)
PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. 

Requisition Summary

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting PC infrastructure (hardware and software), understanding and analyzing complicated processes to provide solutions, and making decisions under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and support PC infrastructure including hardware and software.
  • Assist customers with system troubleshooting and effective resolutions.
  • Respond quickly, efficiently and professionally to Executive requests.
  • Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth of the infrastructure.
  • Installation, configuration and support of proprietary and third-party application.
  • Assist with asset deployment and distribution (PC’s, iPhones, and other).
  • Versatile skills and understanding of IT Audio/Video equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lb of equipment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar certifications desirable.
  • Strong Technical knowledge of Windows 7/10, iOS, Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Familiarity in Microsoft SCCM and Active Directory desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively and present technological information, details, and ideas in a user-friendly language to PACCAR employees.
  • Effective ability to conduct and direct research of IT issues.
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.


  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
