Requisition Summary

The Customer Service Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to handle phones and mail for PACCAR Financial’s Corporate Office. This position interacts with all levels of PACCAR management and provides administrative support to various departments at Corporate.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls for:
    • PACCAR Financial Main Phone line.
    • PACCAR Inc Main Phone line (12:00-3:00pm).
    • Internally routed calls.
  • Provide daily phone back up for PFC Senior Management.
  • Maintain Corporate and Treasury Speed Dial List.
  • Open and distribute incoming mail for Corporate and West Area Office.
  • Record and handle incoming checks in accordance with Audit Controls.
  • Prepare and distribute outgoing mail and sort Area Office mail.
  • Scan insurance certificates to the Southwest Insurance Department.
  • Provide back-up for daily sales report printing.
  • Process Rate Request Approvals for Operations.
  • Process Warranty Claims for the Marketing Department.
  • Provide occasional administrative support for PFC Senior Management.
  • Special projects as assigned.

  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).


  • High School Diploma required.
