Requisition Summary

Paccar is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a fast pace team.  This position will challenge you to show execellent customer service and meeting customer demands by pulling contracts from various sources in a timely fashion. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Administrate and process retail, direct loan and lease contracts while accurately ensuring procedural compliance and timeliness.
  • Prepare direct loan, lease contract and supporting documentation upon request.
  • Prepare and process rewrites, refinances and transfer of equities and supporting documents.
  • Set up, and maintain customer account information in loan processing systems.
  • Generate and distribute internal operating documents and reports.
  • Conduct and assist DDI and CRM follow-up activities.
  • Provide administrative support to dealers, customers and management.
  • Provide telephone back-up for Area Receptionist when requested and perform special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills while maintaining high quality customer-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Proficient PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, DocuWare and typing. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Must be a team player and able to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment.
  • Three to Five years contract administrative experience, preferably in a financial services or banking environment desired. 
Education
  • Bachelors Degree required
