Requisition Summary

PACCAR provides excellent benefits to our employees and their families. Our collaborative Corporate Benefits Team works together with HR professionals across the U.S. to ensure our programs are expertly administered and that our plan participants get maximum value. Our Benefits Team works jointly on projects throughout the year and each individual has an area of specialty. We are looking for a Benefits Analyst to be our open enrollment project manager, support our plan design analysis, compliance, communications, life insurance and participate in special projects.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic benefits professional for our team. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert to maintain PACCAR’s plans’ regulatory compliance such as Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), Summary of Material Modifications (SMMs), ACA and other DOL required reporting.
  • Complete data analytics to calculate cost impact of demographic and/or program changes, support benefit plan performance evaluation and impact of new legislation changes.
  • Manage PACCAR’s annual open enrollment including project plan development, managing internal and external team members, development of communications materials, delivery of HR and employee training. 
  • Be the subject matter expert for Field HR Representatives to respond to employee questions and accurately administer plans.
  • Manage Life Insurance and AD&D plans and vendor-partner, secondary contact for other benefit vendors as needed. 
  • Lead benefit-related projects throughout the year.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • CEBS, CBP, APHR preferred.
  • MBA desirable.
