Division Information

PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality PACCAR vehicles in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry. 

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Directs the processing, maintenance, and funding of all lease and finance contracts in accordance with PACCAR Financial policies, procedures and related regulations, coordinating with Managers as appropriate.
  • Direct the preparation of contract documentation.
  • Ensures that title and insurance follow up is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with PACCAR Financial’s policies and procedures.
  • Manages, motivates and develops skills of the administrative staff through a combination of training, coaching, goal setting, delegating and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develops and promotes effective teamwork between administrative staff and other departments.
  • Coordinates the review, approval, and payment process for expenses within established authority.
  • Prepares and submits routine and ad hoc management reports in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Responsible for the retention of the Area office files and dealer/customer records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Five to eight years equivalent industry related or other credit/finance experience required.
  • Two to three years supervisory experience.
  • Strong planning, organizing and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven project management and decision making skills.
  • Ability to train, develop and motivate others. Strong customer service orientation and commitment to teamwork.
  • PC skills and working knowledge of systems.
  • Flexible and adaptive to change.
  • Strong ability to foster continued process improvements.


BA/BS degree in business, finance or related area required.
