Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for supporting PACCAR Financial Credit department, providing administrative and management support for Wholesale, Retail and Fleet Credit activities. Additionally this position provides support to other departments within PACCAR Financial on an ad hoc basis. 


  • Monitors electronic Credit workflow system by routing requests and approvals to internal signers and by communicating and tracking decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain Dealer documents for new or existing Wholesale and Retail dealers.
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Generate monthly invoices for various Credit Bureaus.
  • Responds to management requests for ad hoc information which may be outside scope of daily assignments.
  • Maintains information about customer and dealer activity and credit approvals.  
  • Maintains Credit department files, electronic filing of documents and manages storage of files based on document retention policy.  
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Credit Department and other departments as needed
  • Coordinates and handles record retention activities for PFC.  Coordinate with third party services for the shipment of boxes for contract services.
  • Administrative responsibilities include: answer phones, distribution of mail, filing, and copying, ordering office supplies and maintain office equipment as needed.  
  • Acts as a primary backup for PACCAR Financial Executive Assistant as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with senior management.
  • Professional demeanor with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and more.
  • Familiar with Legal and contract Documentation.


Bachelor’s degree preferred.
