Division Information

PACCAR Leasing, a PACCAR division, was founded in 1980 to provide premium Kenworth and Peterbilt vehicles to leasing and rental customers. PacLease is one of the fastest-growing commercial truck leasing companies in the transportation industry. With independent and company-owned locations throughout the United States and Canada, PacLease provides customized full-service lease, rental, and contract maintenance programs designed to meet your specific fleet needs.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices for PACCAR Leasing (PLC) Corporate US & Canada (PLoC), and PACCAR Financial Corp (PFC).
  • Review Concur expense reports, and then record as either journal vouchers or payment vouchers in the payable ledger.
  • Process payment requests.
  • Responsible for verifying and coding of invoices with appropriate general ledger accounts.
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
  • Review vendor statements; reconcile and resolve outstanding issues and debit balances timely.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
  • Prepare month-end journal entries and various account reconciliations.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of high volume accounts payable or accounting related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, including Excel, Word and 10-key by touch.
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • A/P and A/R software experience and basic knowledge a plus.

Education

  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree and general account experience desired.
