Division Information


PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for Supplier and Dealer transactions related to our EZTrac Core Program.  Maintenance of core eligibility, processing dealer and supplier core returns and support of front office ings and Dealer and supplier support with EZTrac core returns.  This position also manages eligbility adjustments and supplier recovery.

LOCATION:  Forest Park, Georgia

SHIFT:  7:00am - 4:00pm

Job Functions / Responsibilities
  • Process Supplier Recovery Orders (SRO's) within departmental goals and company policy.
  • Process Dealer Core Return Authorizations within departmental goals and company policy
  • Email and phone customer service duties for both internal and external customers.
  • Invoice activities, accounts receivable / payable and MRO tasks
  • Assistance on Quality initiatives.
  • Complete Quality improvement and inventory control documentation as required.
  • Maintain facility key with infrequent responsibility to close building.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC and analytical skills required with database and spreadsheet applications. 
  • Access, Excel and Word preferred. 
  • Understanding of core processes desired.
  • A team player.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and to make independent decisions. 
  • Self starter.
  • Three years or related experience required.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
